Kheete is a farm in Bihar, India, situated in one of the least prosperous areas in Northern India. I met Neeraj here, who is on a mission to teach local farmers about eco-friendly farming methods. He also works with the local school, teaches about different subjects like to raise awareness about the serious problem of water shortage in the region.

I spent a month with Neeraj and his team. I helped document their work, managed their social media, and got involved in the farming activities. This experience taught me a lot.

Neeraj actively persuades local farmers to stop using chemical pesticides and teaches them about natural solutions.

One unforgettable image is that of Neeraj, standing on the roof of a local building, inspiring a group of older farmers into action, even though he's 15 years their junior. His ability to connect with different generations and motivate change is really impressive.
