One of my favorite pastimes when I'm not doing commercial work is street photography. Approaching strangers and asking if I can take their portrait is one of the scariest things at first. But once you've practiced it a few times and you get to connect with so many interesting new people, it becomes quite smooth. In the past years, I photographed various people in Amsterdam at events like the Pride or just randomly when im walking around in the city.
